Renting in the Gulf still runs on phone calls, paper contracts, cheques and WhatsApp screenshots. SpaceSouq brings the whole journey online — search, viewings, contracts, payments and maintenance — so tenants and landlords can trust each other.
Every listing on SpaceSouq comes from a Partner whose commercial registration and licences we verify. Contracts are signed digitally, rent is paid through local payment methods, and every payment — online or offline — is kept on record.
We launched in Bahrain and are expanding across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.
