Your deposit, held safely
When a lease has Protect enabled, the security deposit is paid to SpaceSouq — not to the landlord — and held until move-out. It is released according to the move-out inspection and the agreed contract terms.
Fair dispute mediation
Either party can open a Protect case: deposit deductions, payment disputes, maintenance not done or a breach of contract. A SpaceSouq specialist reviews the evidence from both sides and records a resolution.
Every payment on record
Online payments settle automatically. Offline payments — bank transfer, BenefitPay app or cheque — only count once a receipt is uploaded and verified, so both sides always have proof.
Signed, sealed contracts
Contract terms are locked with a tamper-evident fingerprint before signing, and each signature is confirmed with a one-time code sent to the signer.
