1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of SpaceSouq, operated in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By creating an account or using the website you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password and one-time codes confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Listings
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and availability, and must hold the licences required by law (including RERA where applicable). SpaceSouq may remove listings that breach our policies.
4. Contracts and e-signatures
Leases signed on SpaceSouq are agreements between the tenant and the partner. Electronic signatures confirmed with a one-time code are binding in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Law.
5. Payments and fees
Online payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Offline payments count once the receipt is verified. Partner fees are shown on the pricing page and are subject to VAT.
6. SpaceSouq Protect
Where Protect is enabled, deposits are held by SpaceSouq and released according to the lease and the outcome of any Protect case.
7. Liability
SpaceSouq provides the platform and is not a party to the tenancy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the condition of properties or the conduct of users.
